Bayview
Cemetery is located at 781 Sawyer Street in South Portland, Maine. When traveling on Broadway, turn right onto
route 77 South (just after the Millcreek shopping plaza). Travel for .7 miles and at the second set of
lights take a left onto Sawyer Street.
The cemetery will be on the left side of the road. The oldest part of the cemetery- the Quaker
Burying Ground, is to the right of the last entrance to the cemetery.

Any stones that were added after this time will not be included. Some of the existing stones are very worn
and some are sunk into the ground and sometimes almost completely buried. Some dates and names are missing. This documentation was taken directly from
the stones so the spelling of names may vary from other records for the same
people, and people buried in unmarked graves have not been included. If you have information to add, please
