In order to keep kids attentive and alert in school it is important that they start their day off with a well nourished meal. 
It is equally important for them to have a well balanced lunch in order to keep their momentum going! 
Those who eat sugary snacks and unbalanced meals tire easily and have a harder time trying to concentrate than those who eat well..
Please send your child to school with a full belly and an option for lunch. 
If they take mediations send them with an extra snack and remember that skipping doses can drive their systems crazy!
